UpdraftPlus options disappeared

    Hi,

    May I know what specific backup option disappeared?

    Can you try to re-install UpdraftPlus plugin?

    all the options in all backup options disappeared
    I reinstalled updraftplus, but it didn’t help.
    Even tried to reinstall WordPress via the control panel. No luck.

    Hi Ken Ken,

    I’m slightly confused by your report. You say that you restored your data using “another backup plugin”. In that case, shouldn’t you be reporting the problem to the support channel of that other backup plugin? I don’t follow how the failure of another plugin to restore properly is an issue in UD??

    I deactivated all other plugins, still no luck
