UpDraftPlus plugin menu dissappeared

    Usually I backup my website using UpDraftPlus free plugin installed. No problem. But now (maybe after an update of WP) the UpDraftPlusmenu has disappeared from my WP admin desk.
    If I try to add again the plugin, I got the message “Directory already exists” and the plugin installation is not further possible.
    How to manage such an issue?

    Hi,

    It seems like the update has partially failed.

    The best solution is to manually remove ‘updraftplus’ folder via FTP from the ‘wp-content/plugins/’ directory and then re-install.

    I performed manually the deletion of the updraftplus folder via FTP and I was able to re-install the plugin. All now is right!
