• Hello!
    After upgrading to WP 2.3 I have an error message which appears only on top of the frontpage of my blog.

    It’s WordPress database error: [Table ‘usr_web636_1.wp_post2cat’ doesn’t exist]
    SELECT p2c.category_id AS cat_id, COUNT(p2c.rel_id) AS numposts, UNIX_TIMESTAMP(max(posts.post_date_gmt)) + ‘2’ AS last_post_date, UNIX_TIMESTAMP(max(posts.post_date_gmt)) AS last_post_date_gmt FROM wp_post2cat p2c INNER JOIN wp_posts posts ON p2c.post_id=posts.id WHERE (posts.post_status=’publish’ OR posts.post_status=’static’) AND posts.post_date_gmt <= ‘2007-09-27 18:12:20’ GROUP BY p2c.category_id ORDER BY numposts DESC

    What can I do?

    Thanks
    klepto

  • It is most likely a plug in that does not work with the latest version, deactivate each plug in one by one, refresh the page (where the error is) each time until the error disappears, then that was the plug in, search for an updated version and install it, then reactivate.

    Thanks! It was the simple tagging plugin. How can I convert my tags to the WP own tagging system?

    Under Manage > Import > Simple Tagging
