Upgrade 2.3.3 loss of options for writing posts

    i upgraded from 2.3.2 to 2.3.3 today, everything went fine (i assume, the posts work, comments still there and so on), but now when i go to write a new post, the rich text editor option buttons are not there. Only Visual and Code, and clicking them does nothing.
    Anyway to fix this would be welcome, and loved

    i resolved the problem, turns out it was a permission error on my server.

    what was the permission error? i’m having the same issue
