Upgrade Broke Installation

Hi,

I’ve been using (and loving!) the Nulis theme for a couple weeks, and I installed the 2.0 upgrade today, only to have it apparently break my installation. Now, instead of getting the “twirl” menu and search icons, the menu and search gadget appear above the site itself. This is only happening in Chrome on my desktop; in mobile Chrome, it appears to be working correctly. (My site is at https://cravenlovelace.com if you wish to see it.) I’m hoping there’s an easy fix for this, because I was really loving the elegance and simplicity of Nulis before.
