Upgrade error Cannot login to wp-admin

My site Blogprofitexpert.com was using an old version of word press 2.4 or 5 maybe. I did a manual upgrade to 3.0.3 i think and followed the instructions. The site is up and running fine. https://blogprofitexpert.com But when I try to go into admin blogprofitexpert.com/wp-admin/ I get an error message.
