Upgrade failed

  • I’m trying to upgrade to cforms 14.6 by following the FAQs from the developers site:

    Upgrading
    Before you are getting ready for an update, you should…
    Make a database backup (this is always a good thing to do!)
    Keep a copy of your old cforms plugin folder
    Deactivate cforms
    Upload the new version
    Reactivate it

    However, I get this error when trying to upload the new version:
    Unpacking the package…
    Installing the plugin…
    Destination folder already exists. /home/tender/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cforms/
    Plugin install failed.

  • I get the same problem. Is there any work-around?
