Upgrade file in 2.3.2 upgrade

  • I recently upgraded to the latest stable version from 2.3.1. Whilst the upgrade itself worked smoothly, I’m not quite sure if something is left to do. I visited the upgrade file (wp-admin/upgrade.php) after uploading the latest files, but am told that my “database is up to date”.

    I was under the impression that this page would do some sort of internal function – so that the database was running correctly.

    Is this a problem, or is this nothing to worry about?

    is there some sort of delay that is expected? Cause my site is also not available since I upgraded WP

    Another thread says that there are no database changes, so the update function isn’t needed. I just had to upload the new WP and everything was fine… Also see the “sticky” about 2.3.2, similar problems as yours are described there.
