upgrade from 1.7.5 to 1.8.1

    You shouldn’t lose anything while upgrading. There are no known issues that would cause any loss of data on upgrade.

    hello , I tried to install the new version , but it tells me that the plugin is already present and therefore does not make me install anything . stuck at 1.7.5

    If you’re installing the plugin by uploading the ZIP file then you will need to delete the existing one first. The easiest way to update is by using the built-in update system in WordPress, but if you can’t do that then deleted the existing version and then upload the new one.

    but if I uninstall the plugin , all podcasts that I have inside , I lose them ? I have more than 300 files !

    When you uninstall the plugin you won’t lose any of your data – it will all still remain and will be there when you re-install the new version.
