    Hi All,

I’m upgrading to the newest version of WooCommerce due to the recent vulnerability that has come out. I’m on my staging site and when I test orders, everything seems like it is working until I go to the backend. Looking at the WC window for sales, the test order I place is not being recognized and added to the monthly total.

Looking around, I found that when I go to WooCommerce>Status>Scheduled Logs that there are 3 tasks that are pending. When I run each of them and go back to the main dashboard, the total is updated. Trying this a few times, it seems like it is repeatable and this is the issue.

The scheduled tasks that end up getting stuck are: wc-admin_import_orders, wc-admin_import_customers, wc-admin_import_orders.

Was there a bug or did something break going from v 4.8.0 to v.5.5.1? Please let me know as I’d like to get my site updated as soon as possible!

Also, one other thing I have noticed is that when I create new staging sites to retest upgrading Woocommerce, there is another scheduled task that gets hung up initially. I eventually just cancel it because no matter how many times I click ‘Run’, nothing happens. That task is called woocommerce_run_update_callback (‘update callback’ => ‘wc_update_500_fix_prodcut_review_count’).

    Thanks!

    Hi @sethbahookey

We are not aware of any issue as you mentioned and we haven’t come across anyone who mentioned this problem with the upgrade.

Usually, isolated behavior like what you describe and which has not been displayed during our cross-testing can be related to code with another plugin or a theme that is causing a potential conflict of some kind.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Do the test purchase again and see if the stats are updated.

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Hi @sethbahookey

We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Hopefully, you were able to find a solution to your problem! If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.
