Upgrade from ThreeWP Activity Monitor

I assume that if I go from ThreeWP Activity Monitor to this plugin, I’ll loss all the activity information prior to the conversion.
I also assume that I can have both ThreeWP Activity Monitor and this plugin active at the same time.
What are the new features of this plugin over ThreeWP Activity Monitor?
