Upgrade hangs v2.1.15 to v2.1.18

The upgrade log has stopped at this

I don’t want to leave the page but it’s been like that for ages.
Any ideas?
The install file is now showing current version 2.1.18 but I’m still getting the upgrade prompt saying the database is 2.1.15.
