• Hi

Installed your plugin and it works no problems at all thus far.

I went to check out your upgrade features and what it offers but it turns out that everything in the admin panel that your plugin displays under contact us and upgrade is unclickable.
Now I have a message at the top of the admin panel which I think may be the cause but not sure
(” Secure HTTPS contact page, running from an external domain – Freemius Inc. [US] “)
Maybe it conflicts with my HTTPS site or could be your settings are allowing your pages to work with HTTPS from your end.

Anyway just though I’d let you know. Let me know when you resolve the issue and I will look at it again then.

    Cheers

Thank you for the report. I’m not sure what’s causing that problem. Did you see any error messages in the browser console? In theory, it should work fine with HTTPS sites. I tested it with one of my own sites (also using HTTPS) and the page was displayed correctly.

For now, you could try the “Details” link instead – it has more information about the upgrade.

No error messages and everything else on the site works fine.

Although I do have a question which I am not sure where to ask which has something top do with a error message which your error log keeps bringing up within the log and although I am not sure exactly what it’s trying to tell me I think it’s telling me that certian wp_”calls” from the functions to the database aren’t working or working correctly because I changed (at setup) all the wp_data files and in config to (example) 7364t_data files.
I can provide an exact copy of the error message from the log here if you like (changing my personal codes of cause) or you may be able to advise me as where I can request help for this.

    Cheers

Helping fix specific errors would be outside my scope unless the errors were directly caused by this plugin.

If the error message mentions a specific plugin or plugin file, you could try asking in that plugin’s support forum or contacting the plugin author directly. On the other hand, if the error seems to originate from the WordPress core, maybe try the Fixing WordPress forum.
