upgrade keeps asking me to upgrade

I am building forms using PowR form builders. After entering a few fields, it asks me to upgrade, I did but it seems that everytime I build a new form (I’m on form #2) it asks me again to upgrade. I know it already charged my credit card.

I purchase the basic package but then realized I could get certain features (like uploading documents). I wanted to upgrade to business instead of just the basic. But will I be charged for both the basic and the pro (business) package? Why does it keep telling me to upgrade each time I try to create a form. I already paid.
