Upgrade & Loading issue

Hello, I purchased a theme that came with Master Slider Pro. It was working fine, but all the sudden it is not loading. I get a round circle that tries to load and it does not complete. You can see it here:
https://www.iclimber.com/newsite/Since I have version 2.16, I want to try to upgrade to latest version first, but there is no upgrade option.
I have also tried deactiviting all plugins, but it did not help resolve issue.
Please help me either to upgrade or fix the problem.
