Upgrade (manually)

Hello.

I am wondering if you guys knows what kind of problems there could be for upgrading (manually) from version 2.2.2. to the newest…?

I have never done this before, and I am not so familiar with databases and phpadmin etc…

For any help you can give I′m very grateful!
