"Upgrade NextGEN Gallery"

  • I’ve activated the plug-in and was delivered the “start upgrade now” page content. I go through the update and after the “Upgrade sucessful” message I click “continue” and nothing happens. I am brought right back to the “start upgrade now” page and am unable to see any of the content from the gallery navigation. Any suggestions?

  • Same identical problem for me… But only for “my sites” blog (WP 3 Multi user). Everything work for the principal blog.
    Any suggestion?

    I had this issue, too. I deactivated NextGen sitewide (it can be activated for each individual blog) and it stopped asking to be upgraded.

    However, there are issues with setting the correct path for the NextGen files since 3.0. Newly created blogs are not having this set correctly. Must be fixed for each individual blog in the options before use.

    I need to rework the plugin for multisites, it currently didn’t work correct …

    I have the same problem and I only have one site. I’ve just installed WP and its working fine, so I downloaded the NextGen plugin, activated it and got stuck in the Upgrade Loop. I tried deactiving it, then re-activating it again, but no luck, still stuck in the LOOP ??
    Please help, I’m new to all this and read how easy all this would be, not.
    I don’t know anything about PHP or MySQL, so nice easy instructions would be good ??
