Upgrade Notice not showing

  • Can a fix be applied to WordPress Core so that it correctly works with Upgrade Notice.

    This is a section that’s added to a plugin’s README and, I believe, should display details of an upgrade on the plugin list within a user’s administration screen. However, if you implement it as per the README standard it doesn’t work.
