Upgrade of WordPress gone horribly wrong

I upgraded wordpress on bfreedom.com using a plugin. I followed all of the prompts, and everything turned out okay, except above every one of my posts there is a string of coding and I don’t know how to remove it. I’ve been told if I remove my theme it will solve the problem, but is there any way around changing the theme?
