Upgrade Or Install not working

  • When I tried to upgrade from 2.0.1 I kept getting various errors so I erased the whole thing and started from scratch. When I tried to install 2.0.5 from scratch, I got as far as the screen after you set up your databases…then I got this error about capabilities.php not being able to get the user and line 139 in functions.php couldn’t do something else. So I pretty much give up on trying to upgrade WordPress…

  • I tried upgrading from 2.0.3 and login page is messed up..it redirects to an error page so I cannot even get into the Dashboard. This software is nice, but the upgrade is retarded…. The upgrade.php does not work for crap either.

    I have done a complete reinstall and still get errors. I followed the directions to a tee !

    I think I will just go back to Expression Engin….
