Upgrade pro version not uploading

Please can you help me, we have paid for the pro version but uploading via FTP is not working or pulling it through. I can’t upload it via WP because it says the size exceeds the upload space. When I go to plugins on the FTP the free version folder doesn’t show at all, I have looked in all the folders. Please can you help me with uploading the pro version plugin via FTP.
