    User has Premium version and issue is solved by our support staff.

    I am having the same problem but worse than that, the premium version of this plugin jacks up the entire theme. The free version did not. I am inclined to ask for a refund since I can’t get this plugin to do what I want which is to have the mosaic or square template rather than the default round one AND the ability to stack images of one project together.
