upgrade to 1.2.8.7 now plugins tabs not opening

I just upgraded to 1.2.8.7, and now i cant open seo options and tabs. I can see them but the settings dont show.
For example when i edit the page, at the bottom i see the bar “WordPress Seo by Yoast” but not its settings below. It says click to toggle but it doesn’t open when i click.
Meanwhile in admin panel, when I click “titles and meta” under “SEO”, no tabs open to show the settings,
the URL becomes
https://mysite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpseo_titles#top#post_typesBut blank page..
Help please
