Upgrade to 13.0.4 fails

  • Worked quite well for 2 years – now the update crashed with error “Problem Connect to WordPress REST API” – and believe me: There is nothing wrong with my REST API.

    I restored to the old version and keep on looking for a plugin with less issues.

    Thank you for using our plugin and we are really sorry for what happened.

    Are you using v13.0.4? If so, it might not be compatible with some of the PHP versions. So if your website is using a version lower than PHP 7.3, please do not update your plugin.

    We are working hard to release an update by the next week, however, our temporary solution is rolling back to the previous version which is v12.6.13. To get that version, you can select and download it at the bottom of this page.

    We understand how frustrating this can be. We do our best to resolve all the issues.
    Customer happiness is important to us, so We are willing to offer a free license (you can choose which add-ons you would like.)
