Upgrade to 1.5 broke my template

  • Hello,
    I am sure I am one of many hapless users who cant get it right, but here goes…
    I followed all the instructions for converting my template to a theme, but if I try to use this theme, I get the following error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: select_customfield() in /home/jewelwg/public_html/news/wp-content/themes/jwg/index.php on line 36

    I am currently using Rubrick which I have modified a little, but it would be nice if I could get my old template back !
    Is there any hope or is it doomed to extinction, do you think?
