Upgrade to 2.02 – Now cannot post

  • Greetings! I updated to 2.02 from 1.52 just a few moments ago. Now, however, I cannot post through the Dashboard. Selecting ‘Write’ gives me the following error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_currentuserinfo() in /home/digital/public_html/wp-content/plugins/LivePress/LivePress/lpextras.php on line 93

    Any ideas on how to fix this?

  • Did you disable your plugins before upgrading? If not, it looks like you’ve got an incompatible one. Make sure your plugins are all deactivated and reactivate them one-by-one until you’ve found the erroneous one.

    Yup, that was it. Upgraded the plugin to the latest and greatest version and, lo & behold, it works.
