Upgrade to 2.3 Disabled Home Page

I just upgraded to Socialize 2.3, and the content on my home page disappeared (header, footer, etc. remained, just the page content was gone). Nothing else had changed. I disabled Socialize and the content reappeared.
Any ideas as to what the issue might me?
