• Hi, all seem to have a problem upgrading to 3.2 on one of my sites as it is coming with a out of memory message on /wp-includes/class-http.php on line 1420

I have previously managed to all upgrade automatically with no problems and managed to upgrade my other site to 3.2 (hosted by 1 and 1 as well). I have edited the wp-admin file to my maximum file limit that 1 and 1 allow (30mb) and even tried 64mb

I am totally confused by the manual process as worried I will lose my site which is backed up but I have a few plugins enabled and I have to disable them all ??

    PS currently on 3.13

    Hope you can help

    Cheers

    Dave

  • I’m not so workpress savy…but how do you go back to wordpress 3.14? Is there a link?

did a manual install of 3.14, moved all my plugins/themes to new install, reset it up, then used the standard wordpress import as in the “tools” menu.

i did try also a few different setup ways of wp3.2 on ubuntu 10.10server with latest php+mysql, All failed with non loading any JS/jquery via the load-scripts.php

had 2 other computers check on just about every browser known to mankind and they all still #failed

my advice….dont upgrade to 3.2 yet

My WordPress site is hosted by BlueHost. I called them and the tech helped me solve my issue. Essentially, when I moved to Firefox (as the BlueHost tech advised) from IE, everything worked again.

Thanks a lot for your post. i had the same problem and I was sorted after reading your posts.
