Have you tried:
-deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
-switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

After review of the domain name costumes-n-masks.com we see that it currently pings to IP 168.144.109.14 which appears to be hosted with “mail2web.com” rather than HostGator : https://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/168.144.109.14
