Upgrade to Pro

  • Hi there, I like your free version but there are a few issues that have come up where I have more than 10 team members and it will only show 10 per shortcode. I have placed that issue in another ticket. That said, I thought I would try upgrading to pro but it looks like I have to delete the free version and then reinstall the pro AND re input all of the data?

    We use 3 sets of short code and that is over 30 team members to re-input. Is there no way of downloading it and then reinstalling the data into pro? That is not great incentive to have us upgrade our systems.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
