Upgrade to Universal Analytics

Hi again

Now that GA Universal Analytics is out of beta, to upgrade one of my sites, I guess what I need to do is:

1. upgrade to Universal Analytics within the GA account
2. clear your plugin’s cache, and re-authorize it for GA to gather the proper data, using new GA code.

Am I on the right track with this?
