Hi, when upgrading to 5.0.2, the site crashes and generates a 500 server error. The only way to fix is to disable the plugin and restore a backup.

Any ideas what the problem might be?

Crashed my site too – getting an error at line 201 in functions. If you remove the code at 201 then it’s a bootstrap error.

    thanks

Hi, it looks like the changes made since this thread originally started (from Version 5.0.2 to Version 5.0.4) are now working. I also moved up to PHP 7.0, but I’m not sure if that mattered.

    Hi @alitraeps,

Both may have mattered. We’ve fixed a few issues folks had in the upgrade and we also require PHP 5.6 or higher.

Glad it’s working now. Please let me know if you have any other questions or issues!
