Upgrade to WordPress 3.6(.1)

Does anyone know why my slider breaks in 3.6 and in 3.6.1?
It shows the slider images and text, but all underneath each other rather on my page behind my page content. I have restored back to 3.4.2 but not happy with that.
Any ideas?
