Upgrade to WP3, but not showing new interface

    I’ve just upgraded the site to version 3 and the messages after uploading my files to my server said the upgrade was successful. I have the new twentyten them, but the new slick admin interface is not showing up.

    Unrelated, when I try to upload a custom header, the page basically goes blank (with the admin sidebar still present).

    Any ideas?
