    Hi,

First of all, I have been waiting for a reply from premium support but it takes way tooooo long so that’s why I am here.

I have been using Yoast SEO Free for months without any issue so I decided to upgrade to Premium 4 days ago.

Right after I upgraded whenever I try to access Yoast Dashboard [SEO -> General] it stops the whole site from executing anything (literally nothing work during the period).

I have checked with the server provider and they found the issue that Yoast Dashboard was try to query DB on something but it takes too long to complete. We now have timeout set to 600 seconds and still not enough.

I have tried all the methods I got from [email protected] including deactivate all plugins and set theme to Twenty Fifteen but still doesn’t fix the issue.

I have setup a new WP from scratch and install the Premium plugin then now it works because basically there is nothing in the database. At least it proves the PHP & MySQL is working fine.

What is the difference in Yoast Dashboard on the Premium and Free version?

I would hope to use the premium support to solve the issue but it really takes too long to get response with meaningful info in return.

We apologize for any inconvenience. The issue you are experiencing is a known bug that we are aware of and our development team is currently working hard to fix the issue. Can you please disable the text link counter feature directly from the Yoast SEO -> General -> Features (tab) to check whether this resolves the issue?

If the issue persists, would you mind to let us know your site URL so that we can locate your email on our end that you have sent us recently and we’ll get back to you on there as quickly as possible?
