    After upgrading I have no menu in the editor when I open an existing file.
    I tried to roll back but now nothing works.
    Well, as you can imagine, I really appreciate to see my work going down the drain.

    Btw. its is really annoying to write a post here in the forum and when forget to give it a topic title and you press “post”, you get a message to give it a title and it sends you back to the main page and everything you have written is gone. So I don’t going to write anything else. I’m going to look for another CMS.

    All my friggin work is gone!

    I downloaded WP as she suggested, I also deleted a JetPack plugin that other people are saying has caused this error for them but with no prevail… but I tried to upload the files to the FTP as she suggested and it’s not working.

    Do I upload from the HTML? and select everything in the folders and upload/overwrite?

    I got it working now, didn’t give me the option to select them all at first. Wish me luck.

    –I am in the FTP, the first folder that has everything it was called “HTML”.

    Ah! The name of your root folder does vary from host to to host. In these situations, the best people to ask are your hosts. Just ask them for the name of your web root folder.

    I have asked them numerous times and they failed they don’t support this issue or have the answers. Now I did what suggested and getting more errors.

    Anyone have time to go in and fix this? If they know what they are doing willing to pay for time.

    Really? You want me to go post a job ad. Ok, without hiring can someone walk me through it via phone call or email ? I’m sorry I’m having a hard time but now everything is really screwed on my end of the site.

    And, to be honest, I don’t think someone is going to walk you through this by phone or email for free. On the bright side, this should be a fairly easy fix for an experienced developer, therefore relatively inexpensive.

    Ah sorry never used these forums before, was just directed here from GoDaddy to ‘figure it out myself’. So granted. That is what I did. NO idea it wasn’t ok. Thanks.
