I’m using Yoast on a WP 5.3.2 installation. One of my users is getting the “Upgrade WordPress to the most recent version” error. Other users are not getting this error. I am using the most recent version of WordPress.
I have tried deactivating and activating the plugin but it has not helped.

This issue occurs in an older version of Yoast SEO and was fixed in the 12.8 version.

We do not provide support for older versions of our plugins. Also, we do not recommend using outdated versions of WordPress, including (our own) plugins and themes, for the reasons covered in?this article. Therefore, we’d recommend updating to the latest versions. For Yoast SEO, that is the 13.1 version.

Your settings are automatically saved during the update process. Before making important changes on your website, like updating WordPress or your plugins, it is always a good practice to create backups.

    Closed. No further questions.

The problem persists in 14.0.4. I’m on a multisite.
