Upgraded and Now Broken…

My web host provides different install packages and when I logged into the control panel it notified me that I needed to upgrade my WP installs. So, I did so, but now I’m getting a database error.
It reads, “Database error: [Unknown column ‘post_date_gmt’ in ‘where clause’]
SELECT DISTINCT * FROM wp_posts WHERE 1=1 AND post_date_gmt <= ‘2004-08-05 17:51:59’ AND (post_status = “publish”) GROUP BY wp_posts.ID ORDER BY post_date DESC LIMIT 10″
I’m getting a similar error at my other WP installation.
Can anyone direct me on how to remedy this? Would restoring the database from before the upgrade work?
