    Thank you for your request.

    Please, re-save access key in plugin settings:

    WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Antispam by CleanTalk —> “Show the access key” line —> delete everything in the field and paste your new access key —> Save Changes.

    You can find access key in your CleanTalk Anti-spam Dashboard:
    https://cleantalk.org/my/

    If the problem persists, please, let us know your website so we can check everything that is required.
