• The Google Tag Manager has been working great until I just upgraded today to the latest version. Now you can not click on any products in Woocommerce. It gives a 404 eror and the URl has for the page undefined. I had to disable the plugin in. Is there a way to download the previous version? The site is Dreamlandmagic.com. It is working now though because I disabled.

    Hi,

Do you have a sandbox/staging site where you can reenable my plugin?
Clicks on products works for me on other WooCommerce stores. I do not say it can not make trouble with your site but I have to see the issue “in action” to be able to help.

I think our host can set up a sandbox/staging site. I will email you the details when it is done. In the mean time, I did download the previous version plugin files via FTP before updating. Will it mess it up more if we just overwrote the new plugin with the old files via ftp? I do not know if the plugin made changes to the database and this would cause an issue.

Yeah the new update is strange. It will give us the 404 error on product pages and other times you click on one product and it will take you to a different one. I have even had it where no clicks even work on the page to get to the product.

You should expect no issue when downgrading.
And I am so sorry that this update caused such a mess for you.

Please let me know if I can access a sandbox site, I would like to help you.
Maybe we find an issue that can also help others.

I just emailed sandbox information to you on the contact on your website. Thanks for looking into this.

    Thanks, I received your email.
Lets continue the talk there and get back here once there is a solution.

I’ve had this issue as well.

After testing each option, can confirm it is the:

Google Tag Manager for WordPress options > Integration > WooCommerce > Track enhanced e-commerce (beta) option

Unticking that option will fix the issue (but obviously no longer track ecommerce).

    Hi Everyone,

I just released a bugfix version that should solve this issue.
Please update the plugin and let me know if everyone’s store is back to normal.

    Thanks,
    Thomas Geiger
