upgraded to 2.6, now have Error 404s

    I upgraded to v2.6 yesterday. I had done previous upgrades before, but I may have stuffed up something. Now all that displays on my blog is my homepage. Each time you click on a post title it comes up with an Error 404 – Not Found.

    I have since reverted to a vanilla setup – using the default theme and disabling all plugins – to try to troubleshoot, but I can’t work out what the issue is.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
