Upgraded to 4.2.4 and having problems with homepage

We upgraded to version 4.2.4 over the weekend. Today I made a change to the homepage and all the formatting was messed up. I had to recover a backup version of the homepage.

All other pages on the site updated fine. Just having problems with the homepage.

The problems occuring the formatting between the header and the footer (in the centr of the page).

Can you tell me what might be wrong?
