Upgraded to Gridsby Pro, still No contact

I purchased Gridsby Pro, for the sole purpose of obtaining contact and direct support. I have yet to hear back from anyone, after multiple tries at contact.

I purchased the Pro version of Gridsby, and then installed Gridsby Pro on a staging version of my website. Once installed, the contents of my Home page have disappeared.

The Home page should be the contents from my Gallery page, but no matter what I do I can’t get my Gallery page to appear on the main page.

Additionally, the litebox effect of Gridsby free (and Pro presumably, if I could get it to work) does not work on mobile devices. Any support regarding this issue would be appreciated as well.
