Upgraded to PHP8.x, and feedzy promptly spit out errors and causes the page to not load correctly.

Technically the RSS feed still works, but the plugin breaks the page. It also breaks the log-out screen, and the login screen due to the errors.

I see comments in another thread on this topic that you don’t think theres a compatibility problem with PHP8, but clearly you’re wrong since I’m not the only person getting these errors.

I have temporarily re-activated the Feedzy plugin so you can see the errors. Please fix this asap

Infact, it breaks it so god-damned badly that I can no longer log back into my own blog. You have 24hrs from the time stamp on this post to fix this. Once I go in from the back-end to disable this plug in if you don’t have an update to fix the problem I’ll be finding another RSS plugin.

    Hi @ruthcatrin,

Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

The plugin works fine with PHP 8 but not with PHP 8.1. We replicated the issue with PHP8.1 and reported it to our development team and it should be fixed soon. In the meantime, we recommend you use PHP version 8 or 7.4 with FEEDZY RSS Feeds plugin.

Sorry for this inconvenience. ?Let us know if we can help with anything else.
