I have the same problem.
I downloaded plugin, installed it. Upgrade to pro version I no longer can see anything of the dash board menu options.

@lauterborn you should start your own question. Have you tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin? Please try that and let me know if it works.

Deactivating and reactivating unfortunately did not help
