• I tried lite version and decided to go for PRO one to get A/B Testing feature.

And it just doesn’t work as it should. When you create an additional variation for your template it creates with numbers (impressions, actions etc.) from the main variant.

So you CAN’T track the performance of variations and compare them. So analytics is done in an unacceptable way.

Another thing is it’s very buggy and doesn’t friendly with cache plugin and CDN. I use W3T cache plugin + Cloudflare and it makes changes on popups templates doesn’t apply. And when you purge cache plugin stops track actions.

    A lot of bugs so.

Support unresponsive, I’ve got one respond to one(!) of two(!) of my tickets only, and after additional questions on the first ticket, they just ignored me.

I give support 0 stars out of 5.

If someone will suggest me better plugin, I would get a refund from PayPal and purchase another one.

    Hello Oleg,

Sorry for the late reply. Currently we have certain problems in our Support department, we are really sorry for inconvenience.

As for the fresh statistics for A/B test popups – thank you for reporting this problem. We will fix it as soon as possible and let you know about the result. Please, note that this problem doesn’t affect the main statistics on Statistic tab – https://c2n.me/3JbeItg.png.

As for the problem with cache – popup is a part of content. So when you make any changes in popup settings, you should clear the cache to see these changes on frontend. Just like you clear it when you change any other content on the site. At the same time, cache plugin is a separate plugin and it shouldn’t affect the statistics of popups. Please check it again, and let me know if the problem with tracking actions still persist.

    Thanks for the reply.

I created another popups and tracking works there ok, however, I didn’t clear cache, so don’t know if the problem is solved or not.

Can I add any call to action to “Facebook Like” popup?

For example: “Like us on Facebook”.

    (@supsysticcom)

If the problem will repeat after you clear the cache, please let us know.

Could you clarify where would you like to add a call to action to “Facebook Like” popup? Could you show it on a screenshot?

    (@olegsegal)

    Here you go: https://c2n.me/3Jv1jTh.jpg

For now I can only choose naked facebook likebox widget popup and can’t add any text to it.

Another feature request is: why there is no way to use multiple conditions, for example “show popup after 30 sec” + “adblock detected”

And for “when to close popup”: “show close button after X sec”. or “Allow to close by clicking outside of popup after X sec”

    Hello!

We will fix A/B Testing, add statistic of Age Verification and make improvements you mentioned above. We are planning to release a new version of plugin today. I’ll let you know about the update.

I’ve updated the plugin, but this bug with A/B testing still persists.

Try to update both versions of Popup plugin and then check A/B Testing feature. For this you need to create new A/B test popups. If you want to use old test popups – we can clear old statistics data for your a/b test popups. To get more details check the response in our internal support.
As for your request with call to action to “Facebook Like” popup – you can use any popup template and simply add to it Facebook Like button. Follow this instruction – https://supsystic.com/facebook-like-button/

How’s that? Do you store private data about conversions on your side? :/

    Plugin Author supsystic

    (@supsysticcom)

No sir, we do not do this.
Here is full explanation of this problem. Initially when you create AB test PopUp – it copy original PopUp with it’s data to new AB test PopUp. Problem was that it made copy with statistics data before fix that we created for you. And now new AB test PopUps will be created without those original PopUp statistics data. But old AB test PopUps – that was created before this fix – already have those statistics data (that is stored – sure – on your server). So, we propose you to clear it from your database for you as our service. But you can simply delete your current AB test PopUps – and re-create them – and they will not have those statistics data.

    I see.

As for your request with call to action to “Facebook Like” popup – you can use any popup template and simply add to it Facebook Like button. Follow this instruction – https://supsystic.com/facebook-like-button/

But it doesn’t allow to add Facebook Page likes?
I need people like my facebook page. How to do that using different templates?

    (@supsysticcom)

I’m sorry, we sent you the wrong instructions. You need to generate your like box in facebook, here – https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/page-plugin. And add this code into HTML tab in popup.

    Thread Starter olegsegal

    (@olegsegal)

But in this case it will not track Like conversions, right?

    (@supsysticcom)

    Hi!
    I’m sorry for late reply.
No, it will also track “like” action of such button for conversion in Popup.
