Upgrade.php Modified

Hi,

I have an alert saying that upgrade.php has been modified but all I can see is that one line has been commented out.

It says its a critical threat but I don’t seem to be able to sort it out ??

I tried clicking on the “Restore the original version of this file.” and also the “Bulk Fix” options but they don’t seem to actually do anything and the warning remains. I have tried running the scan again and the same thing happens.

I even tried downloading the fresh copy of wordpress and manually uploading a copy of the file to the server to replace it but I was denied access to overwriting the file??
