upgrades caused site to totally change!

  • I clicked to upgrade on all themes and plugins yesterday. When I then went to view the site it had lost all the them formatting, content and everything. It has the names of the pages listed as a big paragraph at the top and thats it! I don’t know what to do and if I can simply undo to get to all back?
    I don’t know if I had a backup (as I had someone do the site for me originally) there is a backup plugin installed but not sure how to see if there is a backup or how to use it. Please help! thank you!

    Which backup plugin it was?
    And you can also request your hosting provider to restor it for you.

    the backup plugin is WP Database Backup

    It happened to me once, upgrade the theme, all the navigation style change. so I grab the older version styles.css (backup) put in the new site, change the stylesheet top template version match the newest one.
