Renewals not showing at 30% discount

    I want to renew the addons I have working on my site, and the upgrades aren’t showing a discount.

    The links in the emails which say the discount is available also just link to full price additions to my cart.

    Is this still available? Because across 3/4 addons this is a significant cost?

    Can someone please respond? (even with three words?)

    At present the Badge OS site says renewals are at a discount, and in reality when I try and buy them – no discount is offered.

    I have been a badgeOS customer for 3+ years and have made dozens of purchases from you.

    I just need an answer so I can update my current addons .. I don’t actually care what it is!

    (what would annoy me is paying full price for something unnecessarily, through a lack of communication here)

    Hi @fantasticant,

    We had discontinued the early renewal discounts a while back. This was done as opposed to increasing the prices for the add-ons, which we haven’t done in the last 5 years. However, we are adding a bunch of new add-ons for free in the coming month and also planning about a new discount/promotion. At this time, can you please send us an email at [email protected] so we can provide you a customized solution? Please do let us know which add-ons are you planning to purchase and how many licenses.
