• I purchased the pro version of this plugin for $49.99, however yesterday my WordPress installation prompted me to install an update for the plugin and the update removed all the paid features.

If your business model is to ask for payment every time you update this plugin, please communicate this clearly before and during the upgrade process. It broke all the forms on my site and I received multiple complaints from clients.

If you do charge for each upgrade then this plugin is going to work out way more expensive than the $49.99 advertised. It’s not good practice to leave plugins outdated on your site for security reasons.

I’ll go back to Gravity forms, it’s bigger than I need but they have great communications and customer care.

    Hi,

The updates are free for lifetime. Please download and install the latest update of the plugin using your personal download link (the link sent to your email address after the purchase) to get the latest update.

If you don’t have a copy of your personal download link then you can open a ticket (it’s free for requesting updates) at https://wordpress.dwbooster.com/support

OK so your support sent me a new file, thank you for that.

It’s a real pain updating WordPress this way, every other premium plugin I have uses licence keys and I can just update within WordPress. I have to delete the plugin and install the new version, it’s not very user friendly.

You might want to think about changing your upgrade process.

Thank you for fixing it however.

I apologize for the inconvenience. The update process will work in that way for future updates.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Thank you for using the plugin.
